Cloth nappies are usually bulkier than disposables, especially boosted night time nappies. This can make standard baby vests tight or too short to easily popper up underneath the crotch. Vest extenders allow extra room for a cloth nappy or just to accommodate a tall/long baby. You can of course put baby in a baby vest that is the next size up, but the issue with this is that the vest is then often very loose around the neck. Vest extenders popper to the bottom of the baby vest and add approx 4 inches (10cm) to the overall length.

The vest extenders come in packs of 3 in white cotton (or choose a single vest extender to try them out), with same size poppers, as used by most chain stores. The 3 poppers are 9mm in diameter and positioned 15-20mm apart (there is some sideward stretch to this product.) Will fit most brands of baby clothes (except Frugi, Green Baby, some Baby Gap, Wilkinsons, and Mini Mode).
