POSTAGE COSTS – are based on weight with Free delivery on UK orders over £75
OUT OF STOCK – Although I try to be fully stocked occasionally demand exceeds supply so if you order an item which is out of stock I will notify you of the expected despatch and if you prefer not to wait you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. There is, of course, no extra charge for further despatches if we temporarily run out of a product you choose
RETURNS – I will refund or exchange on any unused unwashed nappies up to 28 days after purchase, or 28 days after birth of your baby, no questions asked. On all Baby show purchases I will refund up to 6 months after each show. All nappies are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 6 months to 1 year from purchase (depending on manufacturer) as long as the correct washing and care instructions have been followed. Delivery costs will not be refunded (or will be deducted) on items that are returned due to change of mind or customer error, delivery costs will be covered by the Washable Nappy Company if the items are faulty or sent in error.
