The Thirsties natrual pocket nappy insert is designed as an insert for their onesize pocket nappiy however it will work well in any other onesize pocket including Little Lamb, Fuzzi Bunz or Petit Lulu brands. It comes as two inserts poppered together.  The smaller newborn insert is 100% organic cotton and the larger insert is 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton.  This is a lovely soft but super absorbent double booster/insert which can be split or used together giving it even more versatility.    It is also nice and strong so will last well for many years.

Washing and Care – Please read carefully our full ‘washing and care instructions’.  All nappies and wraps must be washed according to our care instructions otherwise the manufacturers guarantee will not be valid.  All new nappies must be washed before they are used.  Please note that when buying a large number of cloth nappies you should just wash a few in the first instance, and check you are happy with your choice, as I cannot refund on used or washed nappies. This nappy can be tumble dried on a low heat, however it is advisable to only tumble dry occasionally as it does shorten the life of the nappy and of course cost you more.   

THIRSTIES WASHING GUIDELINES

– Before use: Wash 1-3 times using a cloth diaper safe detergent. At every wash cycle:

-Prewash on warm

-Wash on hot (up to 60 degrees no hotter)

-Add another rinse on warm.

-Hang dry or dry in the dryer on low. Turning the diapers inside out may speed dry times. If the diapers are stiff after line drying, you can throw them in the dryer on low heat with some wool dryer balls to soften them.

Important notes:

– Use enough water to soak and cover the diapering items and allow them to agitate.

– Please avoid the following:

Laundry boosters/additives

High heat in the dryer

Pure Soap

Bleach

These practices and/or additives can void the warranty on your Thirsties products.

*A 15 minute cycle on hot in the dryer once a month is beneficial to lamination, and will not void your warranty.
