If you are new to cloth nappies the vast choice out there can be off putting. It is a good idea to try out a few different brands and styles to see what works and what you like,  but where to start ?  I have put together a number of kits to cover all requirements and make the choice easier.  Here we have the terry & flat nappy starter kits.

If you are looking for a low cost option then flat nappies fit the bill.  They also work very well on newborn babies and are excellent at containing leaks.  They are a bit fiddly but you will be changing a lot of nappies so you quickly get the hang of it!  And no more nappy pins, nappi  nippa’s are much easier to use.  I have put together a couple of flat nappy starter kits with a mix of  brands, styles and wraps.  Each kit contains everything required, spend a week or so using the nappies in your pack before purchasing more of what works best for you.

5 nappies will get you through about 12 – 15 hours and 10 nappies will last between 18-36 hours.  You may want to consider purchasing one of our accessory kits.   Please read the washing nappy section as it is very important to wash correctly.   If you have a particular preference for colour/pattern please let me know in the message box at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate.

The kits below come in 2 sizes and contain either 5 or 10 flat nappies.   I will send youtube videos via email when I post the nappies showing you a number of different folds. But here is a quick youtube ‘prefold demo’  and if you want a longer more rounded demo to see the difference between styles/brands have a look at my ‘mini demo’.  Regarding size, please do choose the correct size kit for your baby as choosing the bigger size hoping for cost effectiveness will just give you leaky nappies.
